I selected Halo effect because of the multiple implications it can have in my professional and personal life. For example, I realized my comfortable and relaxed dressing style might be holding back my promotion. Because of the halo effect, a well-groomed and impeccably dressed staff often is perceived as confident in their performance capabilities.
